Ashley M. Francis is the director of Online Learning for Tulane’s A. B. Freeman School of Business. Prior to joining Tulane in 2020, Ashley spent almost a decade at Loyola University New Orleans as an educator and administrator, most recently as director of Online Education & Strategic Partnerships. While on faculty, she was an Assistant Visiting Professor for Marketing and Management. In 2013, she earned the College of Business Faculty Award for Outstanding Teaching. She also served as MBA Director. Ashley earned a BA from Loyola University and an MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business.

Resha is extremely passionate about education and helping others improve their quality of life. In her work as an Admissions Counselor for Tulane University’s Online MBA program, she looks forward to making an impact on the success of our staff and students.
Resha obtained her Bachelors of Science in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona in 2014. She began her career in admissions with American Intercontinental University’s Online Division, as a National Admissions Advisor. In this role she quickly became a mentor for those around her and was promoted to the role of Associate Director of Admissions.
Resha obtained her Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from AIU, and previously held a position as a Student Recruitment Manager at Cochise College where she assisted numerous students from diverse backgrounds with the admissions process for several degree and certificate programs.
In her spare time, Resha’s interests include: faith, family, health and wellness, music, art, traveling, volunteering, mentorship, and binge watching Netflix.
