Lindsey Friedfertig is a principal on United Airlines’ MileagePlus team, where she focuses on air redemption strategy and enhancing the customer experience within the loyalty program.
She joined United in 2023 in strategy and analysis for United Express, driving data-informed insights to support operational and network performance before transitioning to MileagePlus in 2025. She previously worked in wealth management and FinTech in analytical and client-focused roles.
Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and an MBA from Tulane University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and baking.

John Myles is a commercial litigation attorney at Sher Garner Cahill Richter Klein & Hilbert, LLC in New Orleans, where he represents corporate and individual clients in complex disputes involving business torts, contract breaches, and labor and employment matters.
He earned his MBA with a concentration in finance from Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business, building on a cum laude Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center.
John’s career spans corporate and M&A transactions, real estate, and high-stakes litigation, giving him a versatile view of how legal strategy aligns with business objectives.
Having pursued his MBA while practicing law full-time, he knows firsthand the discipline required to balance a demanding career with advanced study—making him a relatable voice for online MBA students walking the same path.

Ashley Francis brings her extensive experience in online learning and program development to a new role overseeing all aspects of the Stewart Center’s programs: the Online MBA , Executive MBA, Professional MBA, and executive certificate programs. She’s also an alum herself — she earned her MBA from the Freeman School of Business.
Ashley previously served as Director of Online Learning at the Freeman School. In that role, she helped launch the Freeman School’s first fully online MBA program in fall 2023.
Prior to joining Tulane, Ashley spent almost a decade at Loyola University New Orleans as an educator and administrator, most recently as senior director of online education & strategic partnerships.

Monica Pazmino-Cevallos brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, admissions, advising and student success.
Since joining the Online MBA program in 2023, Monica has been dedicated to guiding prospective students through the admissions process and supporting current students throughout their academic journey. She takes pride in helping students feel informed and confident as they navigate their program.
