Ashley Francis brings her extensive experience in online learning and program development to a new role overseeing all aspects of the Stewart Center’s programs: the Online MBA , Executive MBA, Professional MBA, and executive certificate programs. She’s also an alum herself — she earned her MBA from the Freeman School of Business.
Ashley previously served as Director of Online Learning at the Freeman School. In that role, she helped launch the Freeman School’s first fully online MBA program in fall 2023.
Prior to joining Tulane, Ashley spent almost a decade at Loyola University New Orleans as an educator and administrator, most recently as senior director of online education & strategic partnerships.

Monica Pazmino-Cevallos brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, admissions, advising and student success.
Since joining the Online MBA program in 2023, Monica has been dedicated to guiding prospective students through the admissions process and supporting current students throughout their academic journey. She takes pride in helping students feel informed and confident as they navigate their program.

Lynne Green is a strategic enrollment specialist with more than ten years of experience helping students navigate educational opportunities and achieve their academic goals. She brings a solutions-focused approach to the enrollment process, providing prospective students with clarity and support as they navigate complex decisions. In addition to her extensive background in higher education, Lynne’s professional experience includes roles in IT sales, healthcare, and human resources, giving her a broad perspective on workforce needs and student success.
She takes a consultative approach to student success, and is dedicated to creating a positive enrollment experience that connects individuals to programs that support their personal and professional goals.
Outside of work, Lynne enjoys spending time with family, exploring the Lake Michigan shoreline, and gardening. She is a lifelong learner who values continuous personal and professional growth.
