The majority of corporate recruiters believe there will be a rise in demand for MBA grads in the next five years, according to the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) 2022 Corporate Recruiters Survey. An MBA is attractive to top employers because of the specialized skills students build, the broad business knowledge they gain and the innovative thinking expertise they cultivate. There are a wide assortment of jobs for MBA graduates. According to the same GMAC survey, the median Master of Business Administration salary in the United States in 2021 was $115,000, though this amount varies. When considering what jobs you can get with an MBA, you might also examine which positions have large projected growth, low unemployment rate, minimal stress levels and good work-life balance. According to the U.S. News & World Report’s list of Best Business Jobs for 2023, medical and health services managers took the top spot and financial managers ranked second for these reasons.

Career Services

As part of the Online MBA, students will benefit from personalized, one-on-one coaching with career consultants from various backgrounds. Whether a student’s goals are to move into a management position within their own organization, secure a job at a larger company or even start their own venture, they will work with employees of the Career Management Center from the start of the program through graduation (and beyond) to create a custom strategy that meets their objectives.
